Workers needed for Wednesday nights

Armour Heights Baptist Church has begun a Wednesday night ministry to children and teens in their neighborhood and it has grown faster than they are able to handle. They have over 60 attending now and are in real need of workers who could come and help with the ministry each week. Contact Pastor David Howie at armourheights@sbcglobal.net if you can help.

Forest Avenue Family Shelter is one of the oldest shelters for women and children in Kansas City. It is run by Forest Avenue Baptist Church and can often use donations of food, clothing, volunteer labor and financial assistance. Contact Pastor Ken Smith for info on how your church or group can help.
