Small(er) Church Leadership Workshop

Jerry Tharp pastors Lone Jack Baptist and will be leading our training time. Jerry has served in smaller church for over 30 years, both in Brazil and in the greater Kansas City area. Jerry desires to share some of the lessons the Lord has taught him through over 3 decades of ministry, as well as things he learned through a Master of Arts in Leadership. Participants will receive a complimentary copy of Dr. Rusty Ricketson’s Followerfirst: Rethinking Leading in the Church – 2^nd edition. Workshops include:

• The crucial element of teamwork
• Cultural assessment
