We have two Block Party trailers, an Oklahoma Joe Bar-b-que Smoker, and a Portable Baptistry available for churches who cooperate with BRKC to use for their activities.

Event Trailers*

Please note: as of 4/17/2026 our Block Party Trailer rent has increased by $50. Trailer #1 (White Trailer) is now $150 for BRKC churches to rent and $175 for non-BRKC churches. Trailer #2 (Blue Trailer) is now $100 for BRKC churches and $125 for non-BRKC churches. The $100 deposit still applies.

Bar-b-que Smoker*

*The Bar-b-que Smoker is capable of cooking enough burgers and brats for several hundred people.

Portable Baptistry*

*The Portable Baptistry includes a heater.

Rentals must be submitted at least 14 days in advance. Please call the association office (816-623-5360) if you would like to use the trailer(s) within the next 14 days.
You can also complete the form and sign up to be on the waiting list for the trailer(s) and be notified if it/they become available.
