Kid’s Ministry Director

LifeQuest Church in Belton, MO is seeking a part-time KidzQuest Director (15 hours/week) to lead our ministry for children from birth through 6th grade. We are looking for a true galvanizer and team builder—not a solo task-doer—whose primary superpower is recruiting, training, and equipping an army of volunteers to partner with parents in sparking life-changing faith.

The ideal candidate has a proven leadership track record, deep relational warmth, and a passion for developing people rather than just managing programs. If you are a F.A.S.T. leader (Faithful, Available, Spirit-led, Teachable) ready to help us grow healthy, sustainable spaces for the next generation, we’d love to connect with you.
