Part-time Worship Leaders with Youth Leadership possibilities

Lone Jack Baptist is seeking a God called, part-time worship leader with youth leadership possibilities.
Worship responsibilities will include:

using instrumental abilities during worship times,
working with our present worship leaders,
lead and play during worship,
scheduling worship leaders,
working with Sight & Sound crews,
administration of those presently involved in worship ministry,
nurturing and developing the worship ministry of LJB.

Youth responsibilities will include:
get to know teenagers in our church family,
seek to make effective disciples of young people,
plan and execute youth activities.
