Mission

to assist churches in assessing leadership training needs and develop networks of leaders to address those needs.

Method

  • Encouraging mentoring partnerships (pastor to pastor, youth minister to youth minister, etc.)
  • Establishing small peer groups throughout the Association by regions for the purpose of dialogue, encouragement, and prayer
