We have two Block Party trailers, an Oklahoma Joe Bar-b-que Smoker, and a Portable Baptistry available for churches who cooperate with BRKC to use for their activities.

Event Trailers*

Renting an Event Trailer:

*Trailers contain an inflatable Bounce House, sno-cone machine, popcorn machine, while Trailer #1 also contains a cotton candy machine, portable sound system along with games. Click here for a full list of what comes with the Block Party Trailer.

Bar-b-que Smoker*

After submitting your form, your reservation will be held for seven days and will be confirmed after receiving payment and a completed “Hold Harmless” form from the Guidelines document.

*The Bar-b-que Smoker is capable of cooking enough burgers and brats for several hundred people.

Portable Baptistry*

After submitting your form, your reservation will be held for seven days, and will be confirmed after receiving the deposit and user fee.

*The Portable Baptistry includes a heater.

Rentals must be submitted at least 14 days in advance. Please call the association office (816-623-5360) if you would like to use the trailer(s) within the next 14 days.
You can also complete the form and sign up to be on the waiting list for the trailer(s) and be notified if it/they become available.
