We know these last few months have been particularly challenging in unprecedented ways.
We want to be a source of encouragement and resourcing for you as we continue to deal with Covid-19, religious liberty issues, and heightened racial tensions.
Below is a general proposal and suggested resources and strategies to help you and your church navigate the racial and community aspects of our current and historical racial and community contexts. We will be sharing further examples and models and encourage you to share with your fellow pastors and churches steps you are taking as well.
Our consensus is that God’s Word must guide us and the gospel must be the change agent. If you choose to follow any of the proposed actions please let us know how we can help in pairing you with other churches, creating a community outreach plan, etc.
